University Commons Shopping Center is a 150,000 square foot retail development at the corner of U.S. Hwy 59 and University Blvd. in Sugar Land, Texas. It is anchored by a Burlington Coat Factory, a Michael’s, an Amegy Bank and a CVS Pharmacy, and will also include a 1000 Degree Pizza and a Mama Fu’s, amongst other shops and restaurants. Scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2017, University Commons is being financed via a construction loan with Frost Bank, with Arch-Con as the general contractor.  Upon completion, the property will be managed by Vista Management Company.
