Houston (April 15, 2020) – The Vista Companies are pleased to announce that Christina Kurt has joined Vista as a Leasing Associate with a focus on project leasing, tenant representation, and business development.

Christina is a licensed Texas real estate agent and has been actively involved in commercial real estate since 2013. Prior to joining Vista, she spent time with Colliers International as a marketing and research coordinator, and then with Cresa involved with corporate real estate transactions which included strategic planning, transaction management, and project management.

For the last two years, she has managed her own company, Kurt Commercial Advisors, where she represented clients in both leasing and sales transactions, most recently having closed a multi-million dollar retail acquisition in the Houston area.

Christina’s experience in both tenant representation and marketing and research has provided a strong foundation for her to best serve her clients, and she is thrilled to join the Vista team, where she looks forward to building long-term relationships with clients and serving them with uncompromised integrity, specialized market insights, and tailored solutions.

A Houston native, Christian graduated from the University of Houston and is active in her community through the Rotary Club of Katy and the KISD Keys mentoring program. She serves as a Faith Formation Teacher at Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Community and has been involved in numerous volunteering and charitable programs, including serving as Co-chair of the Katy Triathlon. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and, as a former collegiate athlete herself, has a passion about contributing to the personal development of young athletes, both on and off of the court, through basketball refereeing and training programs.
