Vista Brokerage Services Announces Meyerland Memory Care LLC Purchase of 2.33 Acres for Autumn Leaves of Meyerland  Community

HOUSTON (OCTOBER 13, 2011) – Meyerland Memory Care LLC, a subsidiary of The LaSalle Group, has purchased 2.33 acres at the northwest corner of W. Bellfort and Meyer Forest Drive in Meyer Park (Meyerland) from the Luel Partnership Ltd.

Meyerland Memory Care, which will do business as Autumn Leaves of Meyerland, will build a 26,000‐ square‐foot, 46‐bed community providing Alzheimer and memory care. This is the sixth project for LaSalle in the greater Houston area. LaSalle also builds memory care communities in Chicago and in Dallas (headquarters).
