Vista Brokerage Services Announces Sale of 1.27‐Acre Parcel in Cinco Ranch

HOUSTON (JANUARY 31, 2012) – Vista Brokerage Services announces the sale of 1.27 acres in Katy, Texas to E & A Katy LLC. The parcel, previously held by Vista Spring Green Ltd., is located at the northeast corner of Spring Green Drive and Cinco Ranch Boulevard in the master planned community of Cinco Ranch by Newland Communities.
