Vista Announces Shopping Center Sale

A Vista Equities Group-sponsored partnership has sold The Plazas at Rock Prairie, a 22,000 sq. ft. shopping center and adjacent pad site, located at Hwy. 6 and Rock Prairie Drive, in College Station, Texas, to Lehtonen Investments, Ltd.

The shopping center, developed by Vista in 2006, was approximately ninety percent leased at the time of sale, and real estate circles estimated the sales price to be more than $ 4,800,000.

The Buyer was represented by the Oldham Goodwin Group of College Station and the Seller, The Plazas at Rock Prairie,Ltd., was represented by Vista. Closing was at Ameripoint Title Company by Lesley Mann.
