Vista Increases Management Portfolio

Vista Management Company has increased its third-party property management portfolio with the addition of two new retail properties totaling 40,766 sq. ft.

Rustic Woods in a 17,266 sq. ft. shopping center at the intersection of Lake Houston Parkway and Rustic Woods Drive in Kingwood, Texas. The property is approximately seventy five percent leased.

The Centre at Eagles Nest, which opened in 2006, is a 23,500 sq. ft. retail center on Atascocita Road near the Eagle Springs master-planned community developed by Newland Communities. The center is approximately eighty percent leased.

Property management and leasing responsibilities for both properties will be overseen by Courtney Lavender of Vista.
