Vista Acquires Lubbock Shopping Center Vista 2407 Plazas, Ltd., a real estate investment partnership sponsored by The Vista Companies, has acquired The Plazas on 9th Street, a 21,000 sq. ft. retail center located across from the campus of Texas Tech University, in Lubbock, Texas. At the time of acquisition, the center was one hundred percent occupied with tenants which included Torchy’s Tacos, Amazon, and Barefoot Athletics.
