ANNOUNCEMENTS: Vista Acquires Montgomery Crossing Shopping Center

Houston (March 28, 2022) –An investment group, headed by The Vista Companies, has acquired Montgomery Crossing, a 70,000 sq. ft. retail center located in the northwest quadrant of I-45 and Hwy. 105 in Conroe. At the time of acquisition, the center was seventy percent occupied with a variety of tenants including Dollar Tree, Toasted Yolk, Whataburger, and Mattress Firm.
According to Woody Mann, Jr., President of Vista Equites Group, “Montgomery Crossing provides our group with a stabilized property with significant upside potential, in a dynamic retail corridor in Conroe, and we are enthusiastic about its future success”.
Veritex Bank provided acquisition financing for Vista and the buyer was represented by Rob Kilcrease and Matt Berry of CBRE.
Property management services will be provided by Vista Management Company and leasing activities will be under the direction of Courtney Lavender, Vista’s Sr. VP / Leasing.
