This brings the building to 92% occupancy.

Trans-Century Resources is a medical practice management company that partners with hospitals and physician organizations to provide their clients with a full-spectrum of managed care consulting services. They are a dedicated to helping their clients achieve growth and success, and work diligently to ensure they are a resource to their clients for up-to-date information on trends in the medical practice management field.

The lease was secured by Equitable Commercial Realty, on behalf of Landlord, and Avison-Young Realty, on behalf of Tenant.
