Developer Vista Equities Group (VEG) projects a July completion date for construction and subsequent August openings for retail tenants.

Cy‐Fair Memory Care LLC, a subsidiary of The LaSalle Group, has purchased 3.84 acres at the southwest corner of West Road and Wheat Cross Drive in the Copperfield/Cy‐Fair area of Houston from Mike A. Myers Investment Holdings L.P. Cy‐Fair Memory Care, operating as Autumn Leaves of Cy‐Fair, will build a 26,000‐square‐foot, 46‐bed community providing Alzheimer’s and memory care.
