The parcel, previously held by Vista Spring Green Ltd., is located at the northeast corner of Spring Green Drive and Cinco Ranch Boulevard in the master planned community of Cinco Ranch by Newland Communities.
Cy‐Fair Memory Care LLC Purchase of 3.84 Acres for Autumn Leaves of Cy‐Fair
Cy‐Fair Memory Care LLC, a subsidiary of The LaSalle Group, has purchased 3.84 acres at the southwest corner of West Road and Wheat Cross Drive in the Copperfield/Cy‐Fair area of Houston from Mike A. Myers Investment Holdings L.P. Cy‐Fair Memory Care, operating as Autumn Leaves of Cy‐Fair, will build a 26,000‐square‐foot, 46‐bed community providing Alzheimer’s and memory care.

McDonald’s Coming to The Plazas at Spring Green
McDonald's USA has signed a 56,000 sq. ft. ground lease with Vista Spring Green, Ltd., a Vista-sponsored real estate partnership, for the construction of a 4,800 sq. ft. restaurant at Vista's newest retail development located at the intersection of Cinco Ranch Boulevard and Spring Green Boulevard in Cinco Ranch Southwest, a Newland master-planned community.
