Katy, Texas (APRIL 28, 2011) – LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch has added Genghis Grill – The Mongolian Stir Fry to its menu of dining options. The Dallas-based fast casual restaurant offers a deliciously interactive approach to dining with over 80 fresh ingredients, heart-healthy options and an array of recipes from Khan’s Kitchen. Genghis Grill is located in Suite H 130, between The UPS Store and Justice, serving lunch and dinner daily. Hours of operation are Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. and Friday – Saturday, 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.

McDonald's USA has signed a 56,000 sq. ft. ground lease with Vista Spring Green, Ltd., a Vista-sponsored real estate partnership, for the construction of a 4,800 sq. ft. restaurant at Vista's newest retail development located at the intersection of Cinco Ranch Boulevard and Spring Green Boulevard in Cinco Ranch Southwest, a Newland master-planned community.

A Vista Equities Group-sponsored partnership has sold The Plazas at Rock Prairie, a 22,000 sq. ft. shopping center and adjacent pad site, located at Hwy. 6 and Rock Prairie Drive, in College Station, Texas, to Lehtonen Investments, Ltd.
