Vista Brokerage Services Announces Cy‐Fair Memory Care LLC Purchase of 3.84 Acres for Autumn Leaves of Cy‐Fair

HOUSTON (JANUARY 9, 2012) – Cy‐Fair Memory Care LLC, a subsidiary of The LaSalle Group, has purchased 3.84 acres at the southwest corner of West Road and Wheat Cross Drive in the Copperfield/Cy‐Fair area of Houston from Mike A. Myers Investment Holdings L.P. Cy‐Fair Memory Care, operating as Autumn Leaves of Cy‐Fair, will build a 26,000‐square‐foot, 46‐bed community providing Alzheimer’s and memory care. This is the seventh project for LaSalle in the greater Houston area. LaSalle also builds memory care communities in Chicago and in Dallas (headquarters).
